Halfway through mercury retrograde. Just have to hang on for another week and a half of this crap. I feel better when I'm doing caregiving, so... Who wants reiki?

Reiki is a bioenergy field technique that originated in Japan and is used to illicit the relaxation response and also tends to be soothing for pain.

I'm taking down folks for my Reiki distant session service lists (free of charge this is just so I keep up my practice while I'm not taking a formal class), which will start again in mid-May on Wednesday May 14th.

Reiki is a gentle, noninvasive energywork that allows a practitioner to act as the conduit to deliver the energy present throughout our universe to support beings within the universe. Reiki uses safe touch on or above the body or from a distance to promote the relaxation response.

By commenting here, you're basically giving informed consent to have energy sent to you for whatever you need it. The Sunday before the Wednesday session, I will put up a separate post. If there is something specific you want me to send you energy for, please delineate that there.

I will also offer reiki to animals if their humans wish, though the animals get asked for permission when I offer to them specifically -- if they say no thanks I thank Reiki anyway and the Reiki flows elsewhere to a being that needs it and wants it.
